The IDP system previously used for invoice receipt was no longer able to meet these quality requirements. Processing incoming invoices was time-consuming, prone to errors, and involved duplication of work with the Infor LN ERP system.
The result: unnecessary additional work, limited transparency, and a noticeable burden on the specialist departments.
The company was looking for a solution that would integrate seamlessly with Infor LN, reduce errors, speed up processes, and still be easy to use.
