Even greater efficiency, control, and flexibility for your workflows ​

Our latest update brings numerous improvements to the platform that will make your daily work noticeably easier. Whether you’re creating emails, navigating the dashboard, or working with automation, everything has been refined so you can work faster, more transparently, and more precisely.

E-Mail-Template-Editor

One highlight is the redesigned email template editor. Thanks to a clearer structure and more intuitive operation, creating professional templates is now even easier. Document fields can be inserted much more conveniently, attachments can be integrated directly, and the entire user experience feels smoother. This allows you to create customized emails in significantly less time.

Dashboard

A lot has also changed in the dashboard. New tabs make it possible to switch between different document types with just a few clicks. In addition, dashboards can now be customized, filtered, and shared with colleagues. This not only shortens the search for relevant views, but also creates uniform reporting bases across the team.

E-mail notification logs

The new email notification logs provide greater transparency. You can now track the history of all notifications, making it easier to check whether messages have been delivered. This simplifies troubleshooting and gives you greater security in your communications.

Support for electronic invoices

Another step forward is the expanded support for electronic invoices. In addition to existing standards, our system now also processes e-SLOG versions 1.6 and 2.0. This means you are well equipped to meet current legal requirements and even more flexible in your collaboration with partners.

Duplicate detection

Duplicate detection has also been significantly expanded. You can now specify the time period within which documents are checked for possible duplicates. In addition, detected duplicates can be automatically excluded from export. This means greater control over your data quality and reliable protection against incorrect outputs.

Decision Tree

Improvements to the decision tree make automation smarter. Decision trees can now return specific document field values—a key advantage for workflows that are based on real document data and can therefore respond more accurately.

Workflow Cards

 In addition, two new workflow cards are available: One checks whether a document belongs to a specific sub-organization—ideal for complex multi-entity setups. The other performs a tolerance check for delivery dates and compares them with the current date. This allows you to keep track of delivery requirements at all times.

CSV Export

There are also noticeable improvements in CSV export. Instead of exporting only the currently visible documents, the entire data set is now taken into account. Each export is automatically logged, and you receive the finished CSV file conveniently by email. This ensures a more reliable and traceable export process.

Time frame for deleting orders

Finally, administrators now have the option to set a time frame for deleting orders. This additional flexibility allows for even finer tuning of data retention and ensures that deletions only take place when it really makes sense.
